How does the pool-to-pool (P2P) work?

Not every pool is created equal. Through a combination of width, depths, block type and wall type, pools can be quicker or slower.

Taking a time performed at face value doesn’t unlock the full story behind a swim. The true performance can be surfaced by using the converter tool, normalising your swims to a standard.

What this tool is for

The tool estimates time impact from a number of factors for an approximate value against other pools across all swims and distances. It has been tested against real world performances between pools for accuracy, but cannot account for a swimmer’s form or fatigue.
